- User Account, Password, and Security: a) Your mobile number is treated as your primary identifier on our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (display name and password). b) You must ensure the accuracy of the information provided during registration. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account. c) Notify LASY promptly of any changes to your mobile number or email address via OTP verification. d) If unauthorized account activity is detected, notify LASY immediately. If you allow others to access your account, you are solely responsible for their activities and any resulting consequences. e) Accounts inactive for over two years will have their data, including transactional data, deleted.
- Policy Towards Children: Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria. If we become aware that personal data from a minor has been collected, it will be deleted promptly.
- Returns/Exchange Policy: a) We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Reverse shipments typically take 5-7 days to reach us. b) Reverse pick-up services are available for eligible pin codes. A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 per order will be deducted at the time of refund. This fee is applied to the order, not individual items. c) Products must be returned in their original condition, including all instructions, documents, and packaging if the red tag if removed the product return will not be accepted. Refunds will not be provided for products returned in poor condition or with signs of use. d) If reverse pick-up is unavailable in your area, you must send the shipment to our company address. e) Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product (s). Shipping charges are nonrefundable. f) Contact us promptly if you do not receive your order despite receiving a delivery confirmation.

LASY is not liable for errors in customer-provided information. c) Refunds will be credited within 7 working days to the original source of payment method from the confirmation date.
